GameStop - 6866 - Fort Meade

What a shitty company, had to call around to figure out what to do about my preorder at the one next to empire towers and of course the one guy who answers is the guy who hopped off the call they were having about the situation then tells me there's absolutely nothing I can do in the mean time but spend more money

I love this GameStop. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The selection is on the smaller side but it is a small location so that’s okay. I’ve enjoyed handling Pokémon card purchases, PSA grading, and preorders here.

This place has very nice people that are friendly and helpful but every time I buy sporting cards, they are mostly damaged, as though during transport or when putting them on the shelf they are dropped. It's legit been 85% of the time the cards are not worth grading due to the damage....Best Buy and even the vending machine inside the PX have nicer cards unfortunatley.

I don't recommend this GameStop. On Pokemon drops, they select the merchandise for you- which means they pick and choose who gets the full art set and who doesn't. Pretty sketchy in my opinion.

Fantastic customer service! I have been searching for a few Pop! Figurines for months and had essentially given up hope of ever seeing them in the wild. The folks here took my name down and 2 later, I got a phone call from them saying they had received what I was looking for in a shipment and held it for me. It really made my day and has EASILY been the best experience I've had at a Gamestop.
