GameStop - 6865 - Freedom Crossing - GameStop Military

Employees here are very rude and displays a poor customer service attitude. I frequent all the GameStops in El Paso, and every employee from all of the offpost GameStop locations are superior in customer service. Some things to improve on, smile more, hide your feelings that you don’t want to work there, stop clicking or sucking your tongue when you interact with customers, ask if your customers are first responders or military, and offer to assist your customers more. That means this location where majority of the workers are older does not perform this way. That also means ALL other locations where college students/ younger workers are at ALL provide this kind of courtesy and customer service.

Completely the worst game stop I have shopped at. Customer service is terrible. Service members deserve better. Complaints will be pushed to post and corporate

Eh it's a GameStop, they are kind of rude most of the time. Idk if it's because they know that they can get aways with talking to service members however they want or what.

When I came to buy the Nintendo switch 2. They didn’t tell me I had to have a number to pick the switch. I came at 8:30 pm to the store and they gave me a number. They could have told me that information from the beginning. I had already paid for and I still had to wait for it. That is ridiculous. They should had organized themselves better. I have to go to work and I am waiting for more than a hour to received a purchase I had already paid for. They need to organized themselves better in the future. That is why I am very displeased with this game stop.

The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. They are up to date on the trendy collectible items and action figures. The store is kept clean and smells great. Recommended if you are a casual gamer or looking to try something new.
