GameStop - 6827 - Camp Lejeune

Love this place! I’ve gotten an LTC and a 0.001 BTC card from here. Broke even.

I came in to return two funko pops that I purchased from a different GameStop only 4 days before trying to return them, they were never opened and NEVER even taken out of the GameStop bag plus I had the receipt. On the receipt it says that collectibles unopened can be returned within 15 days of purchase, I also googled the GameStop return policy and it claims exactly what the receipt says as well as being able refund purchases made at different gamestops. Instead of helping me the two ladies that were working on September 17th 2025 @1000 told me they don’t take refunds but when I told them what the receipt said they cut me off saying their manager doesn’t allow refunds, I also stated that I googled it just to be sure and was told, “You shouldn’t believe everything you read on google.” After they were no help I called the GameStop that I originally bought the collectibles from and they said they would refund them no problem and that the GameStop on base is supposed to give refunds just like every GameStop should!

On the release date for the White Flare Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box, I waited in line only to be told they had none available. This doesn't seem right. They said they only had Unova Poster Collection - SV: Black Bolt (BLK). Someone needs to investigate whether the staff is holding these for others or keeping them for personal use. However, each of the other GameStops in town featured Flare Pokemon Center Elite Trainer Boxes and Unova Poster Collection - SV: Black Bolt (BLK). Multiple times, the young lady acts in a highly disrespectful manner. I submitted a Deoxys VMAX from the Crown Zenith: Galarian Gallery for PSA grading as well. I never got this card back and was informed that I didn't submit it. I only received the football cards I submitted that day.

Can confirm the employees lie about inventory. They told me they were out of CSS4 then told someone we knew that came in after they did have some (same day, within the hour). Manager got an attitude and tried to shame us for collecting then said they save them for their regulars only.

This is the shop you go to for the best customer experience!!! 10/10 You don’t feel like a customer, they treat you like a old friend just catching up on what’s new whether it’s games, cards or etc. you go in there asking for something the team working will go out of their way to learn what you want and will actually go out of their way to help you out even if they don’t have the product you’re looking for. Shout out to David and Trisha you guys are amazing!!! 🤗
