GameStop - 6770 - Fayetteville

Had a pre-order, they flubbed it. Tony or Josh (I think that's his name, I don't remember, Hispanic dude(not being racist, I'm Hispanic too)) the manager sends me to call corporate, corporate says my issue should have been handled at the store level. Per corporate I ask for district manager number to solve my issue, he refuses and says he'll email the guy. Email? Really dude? You wasted my time and give no indication that solving my problem is important to you. Everyone at this store is so friendly except this guy and just don't know what this guy's deal is. I wish you the best if you are going through something, brother, but if you're not, you need to work on acting like a human to those around you. In customer service you can't just say the bare minimum right things while acting the wrong way. We should all take some pride in our work, whatever that is, and treat people that come to our establishments in a way that makes them feel welcomed. So that they come back. Which I won't be doing. Do better.

Sabrina and Tiffany made the shopping experience amazing. I been shopping at gamestop for years. I havent had a great experience at gamestop in awhile. They welcomed me and made the experience fun. Joking and smiling made me feel like i was around my family and friends. Will keep coming back to this store only.

Last week I went to this location for the 4 for 10 deal to stock up on cheap retro games. When I declined wanting the extended warranty on the games, the employee MJ, turned to her coworker and said “looks like I’m not getting my promotion now” and tried to guilt trip me into the warranty. Today, I went back at 4:15pm to purchase some more. When I got to the register with about a dozen games, MJ stated “aren’t you the guy who messed up my numbers last week?” “I won’t get a promotion now because of you”. She even told my girlfriend who was with me this time and giggling to “stop laughing” and “be quiet”. An internal ticket has been submitted through GameStop about this now, but I also wanted to write about it here in hopes that management sees it. I walked out today when I was going to buy over a dozen games. I spend hundreds of dollars at different GameStops weekly, but will not be returning to this store. Please investigate this matter and look at the cameras and listen to the audio From 4:15 to 4:30 PM today at the terrible customer service from MJ

Terrible GameStop absolutely go to angry comics first. Right in Fayetteville 3 miles down the street. Sold me a pokemon day 30 box brand new for $40 it was only $20 at angry comics brand new as well. The box was also beat up unlike angry comics. Before I made it fully to my car my girlfriend called angry comics and they had them for $20. When I asked for a refund on a box they watched me hold that was from there shelf they refused. I spend $400 plus there a year and I will no longer do business with them and recommend y'all don't as well!!!

Massive location, I’m traveling from Pennsylvania to Florida and this is one of the best locations I’ve been to yet! Tons of great items in stock including the raptor 8 which I had a hard time finding in store near me. 10/10
