GameStop - 6769 - Park Pineway

I was up in show low for around a month (today’s the last day) and I frequented this GameStop for Nintendo switch games. I was also interested in getting a switch 2, and an employee named Seaver helped me a ton with the decision. We went in depth over trade in values, the upcoming price hike, which games were exclusives, and the features offered on the switch 2. He also helped me choose between several games and had the patience of a monk with me. I ended up buying a switch 2, and bought plenty of games from this store for it. It was a wonderful time, and I loved going into the store to chat for a bit or browse the pre-owned section. Shoutout to Seaver, a real bro

If I could give you less than a 1 star review I would. This GameStop specifically Seavor, ripped me off. I took in a card I’ve owned for 20 years since new for grading I got back a card that was not mine and I was given the absolute worst customer service from Seavor. Not only was this a theft of something sentimental it also cost me thousands of dollars in depreciation. I hope you get closed down and the tow truck tows your lame Subaru Seavor. Lucas was cool though. DO NOT TRUST GAMESTOP ANYWHERE!

Worst place ever they say they take trades but they won't except half of their own stuff worst place ever to exist in the entire world

They didn't have the game we needed but our son also wanted a 3DS game which is a pretty outdated console to begin with. We still found other stuff on sale that we bought. The employee was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We'll be back for future games and gifts for our son.
