GameStop - 6752 - Hanover Crossing

Continually frustrated how they charge well over MSRP for products. I regularly leave the store feeling frustrated. One employee in particular is regularly rude and really should not be in a position related to customer service. I will not be renewing my membership.

Rudest employee ever. Usually game stop employees are helpful and awesome. This guy clearly didn't want to be there or work. Go elsewhere.

The guys in there working are actually not in there head, Jamie has no idea what he is doing when it comes to trading in anything with Xbox,ps5 etc… never had that bad of an experience at a GameStop before. Andy had a bad attitude no matter what it was about there should be no reason that someone should be that upset with customers.

They sold me a console, that was roach infested and non clean. Even though gamestop's policy is for each console to be cleaned and tested. Then got a controller for 65 bucks just for it not to have screws in it so the controller just falls apart. I understand it was use but for a gaming store you think they would have notice something like that before reselling it. But at least the worker that sold it to me was great 👍

I can’t say enough good things about AJ at GameStop! I drove almost 3 hours just to get a specific toy I really wanted, and AJ went above and beyond to help me. He answered the phone every time I called, kept me updated on the stock, and made sure I didn’t miss my chance when there was only one left. He truly didn’t have to go out of his way for me, but he did and because of that, I got exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and loves what he does. Amazing person and an amazing employee!
