GameStop - 6745 - Congress Crossing

Must be out of business! SAYS CLOSES AY 9 ONLINE. SAYS CLOSES AT 9 ON THE DOOR. 8:30 No one there!

I normally shop here all the time. My entire collection is from gamestop, but recently I've went in this store. I traded in 2 games and received 2 games that I wanted completely destroyed. There were psp games shells destroyed completely unplayable, and I went in there for a refund and had the worst experience I've ever had in gamestop, I will never be revisiting this store

As soon as me and my friends walked in, we were immediately scolded for browsing and quote by the lady in a sarcastic tone, "yall gentlemen are looking kind of confused." After a few more minutes of browsing, she walked over to us and says in another sarcastic remark "how can I help you gentleman over here," and immediately addressed us with an attitude that is very univiting and hostile. I don't recommend this store as we felt immediately profiled for just being in the store looking for games. That's what the whole point of the place is.

This place stinks! Everytime I go with my nonna (my grandmother from Italy who does speak English) they act like she is a lesser then and that she isn't there, and they always speak over her. When my nonna tries to get a game for the kids they never let her finish speaking and just assumes what she wants. Everytime I call them they act as if I am not important and try to rush the conversation. Don't go here just drive to Cleveland because they know what they are doing.

Great staff. But just about every time I've stopped in at open, they are always late. I've been standing outside for 30 minutes now and there still not open. They need to figure something out at this point.
