DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! DO NOT PREORDER FROM HERE!! Manager and employees are doing something sneaky to their advantage. I preordered a game that has become hard to find and they obviously knew it (Resident Evil Generations Pack). According to them, 4 preorders were confirmed but ONLY 3 were received. I usually only preorder from this Gamestop and I always get the call on the day of release that the game is ready to be picked up. On the Friday that THIS game was released, I never received the call. So I go until the following day (Saturday) to pick up my preorder. The employee tells me they don't have my preorder because the 3 that were received have already been picked up. The manager tells me the preorders are "first come first served". How could I be part of the "first come first served" group if I NEVER received the phone call. It's OBVIOUS that the employees got the 3 preorders that came in and left the customer (me) out of it. A week later I get a call from the manager that they received my preorder game but its been opened, it has no plastic seal. So I have no choice but to get the opened game since it is sold out everywhere. This is the crap that is going on at this Gamestop. FIND ANOTHER GAMESTOP!!! Then I still asked to speak to the general manager and this individual never returned my phone call or doesn't care about the situation. Even worse. This is why numerous Gamestops are closing. I try to support as much as I can and this is the crappy service I get in return.

After 20 years of holding on to some Yugioh cards, I finally dusted them off and made my way to game stop. My kids at the time we babies. I walked in with some cards that had not seen the light for 20 years. One of the workers saw my collection and noticed some very nice cards with signatures. He recommended I have 3 cards graded due to them being in very good condition. He never got to see my other cards. Check them out!

Great place to find different gaming items and the latest Funko items. Price is marked up about 20% higher than other places selling the same items but they are selling certain items you may not find at a retail store of a particular genre.

Workers are helpful when answering information about products, sometimes the store is closed between 4-5 pm with a sign that clearly states they’re taking their lunch. Some people can’t comprehend that the workers are human as well and need to take their legal required lunch.
