The most awesome GameStop they were so helpful and the associates who work there were absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and the service was excellent!!!

The staff was pretty well clueless. They knew video games fine, but they didnt know their own prices or sales. An associate actually said "let me check the sign" when I asked him the terms of a promotion. This is why AI is more cost effective than labor. At least GROK was able to answer my question.

The clerk gave our children some bulk Pokemon cards for free! They enjoyed the event throughout the day.

This GameStop is very nice because I was trying to get a game that was not working that I got for my birthday and I went to the first place and the other guy was very mean and he said they can’t so I came to this GameStop and the owner. Chris helped me and gave me a swap for the one I hand for a one that worked, and he gave me another game for free.

Rachel greeted us with a bright smile and amazing kindness! She was able to explain everything thoroughly and help us. We were there for a while because I was trading 3 consoles and a lot of games. Rachel remained professional and helpful throughout. 5 stars!
