Horrible place . The staff here are absolutely amazing! Don't get me wrong . They are great guys but the way GameStop ripps people off they should be boycotted

Ray and his staff came through majorly for me. Their store had missed out on getting a certain Sonic Funko Pop that was limited. He took a chance and tried to request it from another store and today it came in! I am extremely appreciative and grateful for him going above and beyond for me.

I am quite surprised by the number of positive reviews attributed to Ray. I have observed that he often speaks negatively about colleagues or other customers in the presence of clients, which I believe is not professional and can create an uncomfortable environment. Which unfortunately for me that has happened and I no longer want to shop there (even being an active customer) I’d rather give my business to Rage Quit Games.

I would give negative stars if I could. As a customer, I don’t feel like I should have to hear employee or store drama, but on my visit today I heard the store manager talking really badly about what sounded like a coworker of his, and saying really rude things about him. It sounded like the manager (Rei) either didn’t know there were customers in the store, or didn’t care that customers in the store could hear him when talking trash about other people, let alone employees. I’ve heard nothing but good things about Rei, and I’ve had good experiences with him, but this really rubbed me the wrong way and showed looks and outward appearances can be deceiving. Makes me wonder how he speaks about good customers behind their backs too when he thinks nobody is listening. Hopefully HR looks into this behavior.

Excellent stop for games and novelty items. Amazing Staff is knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Conveniently located near a Walmart, food venues, banking and other stores. Always some good sales, quality preowned games...manager Ray is super knowledgeable, friendly, & accommodating. Best Gamestop hands down. 12/23/23 update. Keeping gamers like me happy every day
