GameStop - 6639 - Covington Shopping Center

Well, I went to the gamestop in Covington where Katie works in, I had to trade in 3 games that I didn't want anymore towards a pre-order of the modern, more fair.4 video game and Katie was very nice. The customer service was great. Her customer courtesy was great. She helped me out a lot.I was with my uncle because I don't drive , but anyway , my whole experience of that game thought was a skeletal to ten , probably a ten and a half

August 18th 2026 serious Videogaming fun will be found here. i have been going to this store for eleven years & the training for the employees has increasingly been “EXCELCIOR”. coming from the manager Tom & his employees over on Dogwood Drive treating me wonderful on my visits throughout the years i am grateful to have such cool experiences with my Videogaming. these two stores are always tidy with a great atmosphere for shopping. My birthday was helped to be extra happy with Katie Dru & Gerret. Thank Y’all

I like this store and the employees are all great. My problem is that my last 3 visits I have picked out a game on the shelf, brought it to the register, proceed to watch the employee scour the drawers for the disc, and I end up walking away empty-handed because they cannot find it. I don't know if it's an organizational issue or a an inventory issue but it is ridiculous that it has happened so many times.

I love this location. Justin is the best. Top tier customer service. These guys deserves a raise and needs to be recognized. Big shout out to you guys at this location

This location has great customer service. I was having trouble with a used ps4 controller I had purchased, and they stayed patient with me as we arrived at the issue being the charger. Thanks for the help.
