GameStop - 6623 - Carousel Center Mall

While shopping an employee tells me "get 4 for $10 on titles $9.99 and under" , I then ask again and he repeated the same deal. I get everything to the register and they tell me its for titles $4.99 and they wouldnt make right on the initial sale. Not a good look.

I go out of my way to avoid this store. When I went over on my lunchbreak to grab a few games they took over 15 minutes to pull the disks because they kept taking breaks to talk to eachother and other customers. If you value your time, find another location or go to Voltage Video Games instead.

Nice little shop, friendly staff, limited selection due to size of the store. If you are looking for video games and novelty items, check them out. My grandson always loves go look at Game Stop for items related to the sonic hedgehog and his friends.

I don’t know what kind of elite training program GameStop employees go through, but every time I walk in, I’m greeted by someone who actually knows what they’re talking about. Need a game recommendation? They’ve got you. Wondering if that random accessory will work with your ancient console? They already know the answer—and probably have a backup plan. Now, let’s address the legendary trade-in values. Yes, you might walk in with a stack of games and walk out with approximately four cents and a renewed sense of humility. But honestly? I respect the consistency. It’s not about the money—it’s about the experience (and maybe the life lesson). And despite living in a digital world, I will die on the hill of physical copies. There’s just something satisfying about holding the game, seeing the case on your shelf, and not worrying about downloads, servers, or the internet deciding to ruin your evening. All in all, great staff, great vibes, and a trade-in system that keeps you emotionally grounded. 10/10, would absolutely get my four cents again.

The worker who helped me, Jake I think is his name, really helped me out. I work in customer service myself and he didn't have to go above and beyond like he did, but he did and I really appreciate it. Management take notice. It was just a simple cable but he helped me find a solution that I would not have thought of.
