This store is the biggest and cleanest gamestop ive experienced. Ive found several games here Ive been unable to find in other stores. Customer service is top tier as well, the employee helped me replace a game that was damaged out of the package. Love this location and will be returning!

I ordered a refurbished PS5 from GameStop.com and the controller had a button that was sticking. They couldn’t find my order in thier system as I’d checked out as a guest. However with me showing them my e-receipt they happily exchanged it out for another one. Very good customer service!

All I wanted to do is trade in my stick drift controllers and stuck buttons in which is what they wanted according to their website.instead of helping me he said he didn't want to take more like didn't wanna waste his time.There were only one other person in the store and they didnt need help as I was walking out .I personally won't be spending a penny at GameStop .

Went in there today with my son on his birthday to pick him up some games they had a great selection they even got used games as well so you can save some money and you can even get insurance on them for just a few dollars extra in case there's an accident and the staff that's works there's great.
