Went in here earlier in the week and wanted to purchase a copy of Street Fighter 6 for my Switch 2. I saw it was 29.99. Went back today and after waiting in line for 10 minutes was told that they wouldn’t honor that price as it was from a previous promotion. ?? Why would you not take care of the customer from something you all have had on the walls for at least a week? Absolutely absurd. Not sure who is running this location but do better.

Came to GameStop today , April 10th , 2026 . I was very disappointed today because I purchased a controller and was told by the cashier that it was in very good condition and that nothing was wrong with it. After I asked if there’s anything wrong as I was unsure, He told me that they check every button on the controller to make sure everything works . Perfect . I bought the decent looking controller and got home ready to play . As I am playing my games I quickly realized that the 1. left trigger was broken . It will not switch to anything and won’t work . 2. The audio is port damaged . I plugged in my headset and I could BARLEY hear anything!! Very very very quiet👎 and 3. It was dirty . We cleaned it with alcohol and this picture was dirt barely swiped off just ONE stick . Will not be coming back. Very disappointed and mad .

David is super friendly and always takes good care of us, not that the other employees are lacking in any way, but he’s our favorite GameStop employee. We’ve been in multiple times the past 6-8 months and always have a good experience when David is there (tonight included). Decided to take the opportunity and leave a review in hopes that he’s recognized for all the hard work and friendliness.

Purchased a preowned Xbox x console from this location not very happy at the moment I get that it’s preowned but at least clean the previous owners dust off the console for almost 600 dollars I don’t suggest delivery I would pick up and inspect in store or just go to Walmart.

I called 5-6 times during normal hours and no one ever answered. A game I was looking for was only in stock here and wasn’t even offered at the other big retailers so I decided to take the 30 minute drive and see if they were open and just extremely busy with other customers. I got there and opened the front door and saw absolutely no one; staff included. I thought maybe they were in the back so I waited and then could hear someone having a detailed conversation on the phone. I go over to the register and there is a GameStop employee, Quincy, sitting on the floor with both earbuds in his ears having a conversation you shouldn’t be having while working. Clearly he didn’t hear me come in and he was just ignoring the phone calls to GameStop so he could have his in depth personal conversation that I shouldn’t of had to hear as a customer in a business. I sat there for a minute or two just staring at him and finally said “Hey! Can I get a game”? He was shocked to see me standing there and his attitude and look on his face told me he wasn’t expecting any customers to be walking in the door. He wasn’t friendly, not rude, but definitely not friendly and not an experience I enjoyed. He almost gave me a used copy of a game without the DLC when I specifically asked for the ultimate edition which included DLC. GameStops website was incorrect about the goodies included in the ultimate edition of Cuberpunk 2077. It says it included a steelbook and a few other goodies and these were not provided to me. I actually went back into the store after purchasing and showed him my phone of the missing items. Quincy stated that all those items were inside the game which was a straight lie because the game wasn’t a steelbook itself but your classic plastic case. I did some research online and found out that the Deluxe edition has these items so GameStop just copy and pasted the description of the ultimate edition from somewhere else. Misleading and lying about a product. I asked about buying a second game and he quoted me the price for the GameStop Pro membership and he said “You’re a pro member right”? Literally 2 minutes after the sale he didn’t even remember that I wasn’t a GameStop Pro member. He was too busy chatting it up on his phone on a personal call during business hours when customers are walking in. I give it two stars because a least I got the game and they were open. If I had Pokemon cards or the like that I wanted to have graded sent through GameStop I wouldn’t trust this location. It’s clear the employees just don’t care. Double check before you pay for whatever it is you’re buying and if it’s supposed to include additional goodies see that you get those.
