Always experience great service in this location. Store manager John is always helpful and informative on promos. Recently, I was helped by him and associate Laura. I was able to grab every games I was looking for & renewed my pro membership during this pro week.

They just need MORE GAMES Less toys And hopefully better perks for the membership. I remember when it was $20 a yr & 10% off pre owned games + monthly coupons! That was neat!! Maybe in the future ... But the whole crew running the place are excellent workers & they bring a great vibe to the place! Thank you!! ✌️

Do not place any online orders, just save your time, they gonna handle your order to uber driver who gonna steal it and then when you call and ask what’s going on they’ll answer it’s not their responsibility cos it’s on uber side Better to pay $100 more and buy in smth in reliable store.

Went to the store in Long Beach on 4th st ask for the the game resident evil requiem deluxe edition they told me they did not have it they send me to this store in torance they have 5 in stock he told me it took me about 20 minutes when I arrived I spoke with a gentleman name John I ask him for the game he said they did not have it I said that's weird because the store in Long Beach said you had 5 oh we don't have any. He was very rude stay away from this store
