Absolutely a 1 star made me wait over 30 minutes while the employee walked around looking at me twiddling his thumb’s. Just for them to tell me a perfectly working Nintendo switch with the docking station is worth 16$ What a scam I have always gone here for my games and cards but not anymore what an absolute joke.

I ordered a game last Friday and was told 1-3 days to ship. A week later, I haven't received it. I called the store, they suggested I call Customer Service. I called Customer Service and never got through and finally left a call back number...but nothing happened. I called the store and got the run-around there as the salesperson said that I would have to come in again and do the same procedure over to order the game. Why would I do that, when they failed so spectacularly the first time? Apparently, in my long business experience, you are going bankrupt when customer service is so titanically bad that you can offer absolutely no customer satisfaction...or basic services. You can keep my money! I will order from Amazon....
