We ran into an issue at a different Game Stop. I called ours in New Phila to see what was the best route to take. Steven was so very helpful in pointing us in the right direction to fix the mess of another store. He apologized multiple times on this other store's behalf. He is in no way associated with them, but he tried his best to make things right. New Phila GameStop has a well organized store with a wonderful staff. They will definitely continue to get our business.

My husband and I stopped by here to check for certain Pokémon card packs. First, we were surprised to find a GameStop in Uhrichsville since many locations around Ohio have closed. Unfortunately, they didn't have the pack that he was searching for but the store still had a nice layout with a wide variety of merchandise. Most GameStops that I've been to are smaller and have less to look at and this location had lots of neat things to see. 😊
