Absolutely NO POLICY about becoming a “Pro Member” just to buy a booster pack and a promo pack of Pokémon cards. I understand the scalper crisis that these stores are under but to straight up LIE to, what literally anyone could tell are normal customers, is CRAZY. A $20 dollar sale denied because I didn’t want to sign up and pay an ADDITIONAL $25 is so stupid. Called corporate and they even CONFIRMED that there is no such policy. Ridiculous.

Call them up asked if they had a specific item They did have the item went in bought and paid for it very professional answered all my questions about the item Very professional would definitely highly recommend

If your hours say you open at a certain time you should probably be open at that time and not get pissy with customers that are standing at your door well past time you’re slated to open. Last time I’ll spend my money here.

Pre-ordered a Lorwyn eclipsed collector box months before release. Came to pick it up and they said the price had a last-minute increase to $499 and they would not honor the pre-order price absolutely crazy been a pro member since 2010. Nope.

Friday, 11.21 bought a "brand new" PS elite headset. Horrible customer service that day, every time we asked a question they guy would say, can you show me the online add for that price. Get home, which is 180 miles away to find that the new headset was broke. Drive the 180 miles back to Rapid City SD, on Monday 11.24 to go to Gamestop to do an exchange and Adam puts the receipt on the box says its opened, nothing wrong can do and dismisses my husband. I call gamestop customer service right then, tell them the situation and they state in store can complete an even exchange. I tell her I am in the store, in line, can she remain on the line until I'm back at the counter, she agrees. I have it on speaker phone so by time I get to the counter its now a "misunderstanding," and a "Monday". Maybe, Adam needs a different job if he cant handle answering a simple question and completeling a simple exchange. As far as his "Monday," it's been one for me to considering i had to drive 180 miles one way, 360 total to complete this exchange. He also threatens to have to me removed from the store and banned because I question him about, "its a misunderstanding," when he didnt even allow my husband to ask for exchange. He was a literal a hole that "knew what we wanted" before even allowing us to speak and dismissing us.
