I went here and the manager is one of the worst I've ever seen, he's rude, smug, and hes lazy. His employees are great though, the only problem is have is with that manager

I attended the chaos rising release at midnight. I went to the counter and the female cashier immediately told me to get to the back of the line because I hadn’t paid off my preorder. She loudly announced, “yours is just a hold, there’s people who actually paid for the entire thing.” I was at the counter to pay for the entire thing and the “hold” was $45, which is half the price. Keep in mind I preordered this months in advance. I could’ve paid the whole thing then, they just asked if I wanted to put a deposit down so I did. When I finally get back to the counter, which they let people who didn’t even preorder go before me, I asked about the promo cards. They then say there was some sort of pre-ring. They said I was too late for it, it was first come first serve. Then they said they actually had more promos but they wouldn’t be giving out anymore tonight, try again tomorrow. So I got up at midnight for nothing and now tomorrow I have to buy ANOTHER ETB just to get the promo card I thought I was getting tonight. I preordered this quite a while ago. I am a pro member. I just don’t understand. I called another store and inquired about what happened. He said they were supposed to call to let people know about the pre-rings. The other, more helpful store, told me to be there at 9:30AM so I can maybe get the promos when they open at 10AM. It’s a good drive and clearly I was up at midnight for this already, but I’ll be there. Disappointed doesn’t begin to describe how I feel. I go to go fest every year. I love pokemon. This was handled awfully. I live in olive branch, but the other store will now be my new store. District manager: lock in. These cashiers being rude will cost you sales. There’s quite a few comments about this issue. If you are reading this because you also had a bad experience, just hit their metrics. Do not upgrade to pro at this store. Do it online. Don’t buy the protection or replacements plans. Leave your own feedback and like this one.

Let me start this off first with saying that the blonde haired woman in the glasses has been no issue and has been patient and helped out with any problems. But then there's the manager with the spiral tattoo. He absolutely will tell you differently than what the employees tell you and yet it's always ways to make things inconvenient or so he doesn't have to put in much effort. A perfect example is when I walked all the way there for 30 minutes to trade in a PS2. Now if they don't take it, that's one thing, but he literally watched me set the bag down, held his hand out waiting for me to give him what I had, looked at the PS2 out of the bag and acted like he was inspecting it for 5-7 minutes before finally letting me know that they don't take PS2s "like this" and then sent me off to the one in Southaven. Why would you sit there acting like you were going to take it if you don't and why don't you take it when Southaven does because that means you are individually choosing to reject the trade. And no, it wasn't because it didn't work or had any problems, because he never even actually plugged it in as they did in Southaven. I worked here a long time ago and it has become more and more shallow of a location that is dragged down severely by this manager. I'm not looking to get him fired, this is a hard economy out here (ya know, hence why I'm walking 30 minutes to trade in a PS2?) but I know that too much quality has gone down as a whole in Olive Branch MS. Next time, we'll also discuss the Swastika in the Valero bathroom across from Circle K

The man and woman that’s always in there together should be fired imo. They never pay attention when a customer is at the counter. They’re always talking to each other or playing their dumb magic game without a care of who needs help in the store. The man was rude to my husband about purchasing a product, and they both call other people’s interest stupid and a waste of money. I heard them tell a guy he was dumb for spending HIS money on stuff he liked. Well in that case I think the workers are dumb for spending money on their magic cards that they get paid to play with.

I ducked into this store with my boyfriend at like 9 at night cause some very rude men outside were calling us slurs. All the employees there were very awesome in handling the situation and helping us out.
