GameStop - 6427 - North Mesa Plaza

This GameStop supports scalpers. Went to exchange a game due to given wrong disc. As doing exchange someone wanted to buy pokemon cards with another worker. He asked for the limited and she gave the limit. The worker named Rod, said give him what he wants which was way more then the limit. The other worker said limt is two. Rob said give him whatever he wants. It's against the policy even for pro members. I witness the company just give the pokemon buyer as many as he wants regardless of limit. This hurts my soul seeing this company and the worker just do whatever they want and get away with this. There's no order or structure. I had to come back many times at this location due to given wrong game or other issues. Please fix this issue with the company and worker.

This use to be my go to GameStop but my last few visits have been absolutely horrible. The service here is just terrible. Today was just the nail on the coffin. There was a lady working one of the registers and she kept getting irritated with anything and everything that was said to her. There was a gentleman in line ahead of me and she got mad when he stepped out of line and I went ahead and she stated she kept calling me when clearly there was someone else in line in front of me. Plus pricing here has gotten ridiculous it’s gotten to the point I rather shop online

Went inside to buy some Yugioh cards only one register was open the second register was not working. One worker was busy looking through a sellers collection the least they could’ve done was check me out really quick really unprofessional.

I’ll never purchase anything as long as that manager rot or rod is there . He’s rude and disrespectful. Everyone else there is AMAZING. They are helpful , selling and willing to converse. I’ll rather drive 30 mins across town like I did today than purchase something from him while he’s there

The face lift of this gamestop is crazy different than the average gamestop. Its so much more than just games as they offer more collectibles and way more cards than most gamestops I've visited and really makes you think it isnt the same shop we've visited in the last 10 years.
