Jeff and the staff are so very friendly and kind. They are always willing to help me with whatever questions I may have and take their time to make sure any concerns we have are addressed. They are not afraid to strike up conversation with customers and provide suggestions for games. Nice selection of games and merch.

Today I bought the last Pokemon TCG 151 box online and then showed up right when the store opened. Employee told me that it was already sold and he cancelled my order. This seemed weird since the inventory online said 1 available and then after I purchased it, it said out of stock so clearly the website was updating just fine. After some thought I feel like the employee either cancelled my order to buy it himself or to save it for a friend or something. So anyways I ended up driving a total of almost 2 hours to be told the employee cancelled my order. Also when an order is cancelled you aren’t notified in any way so unless you sit on the website updating your order page you won’t have any idea
