GameStop - 6365 - Vestal Plaza

Came from like 45min away only to find them locked and closed!! Come for the Trade in controller promotion. Only to find everything locked up, not even a note on the door!! Hate wasting my time and money. Gas isn't cheap.. 4pm on a Wednesday.

People are very friendly. I hate when they try to push the membership and insurance on you. The new way to get he monthly 5 dollar coupon is bull. This store is cool because it has a wide range of used games too.

I got to the store 2 minutes before they closed and the kind young lady working there helped me out with selling a PS5. A lot of people would have said all I'm closing in 2 minutes come back another time but she chose to help so I have nothing but good stuff to say about the experience

Clean. Nice staff. All the staff let you buy M rated games at 17 except for one manager. She constantly claims you must be 18 when on the game case it literally says 17+. Also on GameStop guidelines which are publicly available online, it states you much better 17 years of age or older when the manager claims that her “internal system” states 18 years of age. Also the collection in store is not updated to match what GameStops webpage says is in stock in store.

Visiting from out of state and decided to place an online order for in-store pickup—super quick and seamless experience. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. The store itself was spacious, clean, and had a great selection of games, plushies, and collectibles. Definitely a solid stop for any gamer or collector passing through!
