Unpleasant experience as I was trying to buy my game. The store clerk was more concerned about asking how he could help the people in line rather than check out. I also got an ear full about how they thought the developer of the game I was buying was evil. The store feels over crowded with merch and trading card tables.

Employees just stand around talking while customers are trying to check out. This place was great when Dallas was manager but has gone down hill in recent months.

Very different experience from the first time. Felt like I was bothering the workers. We stood at the register for several minutes before we were recognized. Very disappointing from the way we were tested the day before.
