GameStop - 6345 - Plaza at Lake Park

I bought my PS5 a little less than a year ago. Traded in my PS4 for it, Eli was there before he was there again today, 2 of my remotes were broke and the headphones were messed up, thought it was going to take forever, answered every question without hesitation had me in and out of there in a couple of minutes, I wish every other place had employees like this. Go to Northlake gamestop. I will be going there from now on.

MADE MY DAUGHTER CRY!!! Purchased a preorder for Pokémon for my daughter and they gave it away!!!! They tricked me into preordering and purchasing their monthly subscription. I was told they would be in on a certain date. I showed up, the guy told me I was there a month early. He assured I would get a call and email. They claimed to call multiple times but I received no call NO VOICEMAIL and nothing in my missed calls. The manager Erin offered to cancel my order but I’m screwed with the monthly subscription. She told me to let it expire, guess that was too hard for her to do. No customer service and gave away my stuff. What is the point of pre ordering…? Update: check my phone records and this number that they claimed called me a week ago and then five days ago actually called me yesterday. Didn’t leave a voicemail and then gave my stuff away after telling me they would only hold it for 48 hours. But the only call I received from the shop came in yesterday the day before I showed up.

Great store! Everything you could hope for from a GameStop! Staff is knowledgeable, inventory is organized. I will be a customer as long as it’s here.

Whatever you do, do not grade your cards here. I’ve had the most terrible experience ever. In a few days it’ll be one full month since I dropped my cards off for grading at GameStop. It has been almost an entire month and guess what, my cards still haven’t even made it to PSA yet! Absolutely ridiculous. Furthermore, it took over an hour just to do the process and GameStop and then I had to come back again and repackage them because they never told me it needs to be packaged a certain way. GameStop do better! Literally almost a full month and my cards still haven’t made it to PSA yet! Absolutely ridiculous. This location always has issues and their systems also go down all the time. Super frustrated.
