GameStop - 6324 - Clifton Park Center

I placed an online order for in-store pickup expecting to receive a new item, but the product I was given had clearly already been opened and even had fingerprints on it. Since there were no other copies available in the store, I couldn't exchange it and now have to wait several days for a refund. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and disappointing quality control for an item that was sold as new.

Went here for the new pokemon drop today, They had a display case full of stuff.. i go to check out and everything is almost 3 times the msrp price!!! I said… this is priced at msrp? They go.. oh no.. They’re charging market prices as a major retail store who gets wholesale pricing. Want two of each? Gotta pay for a $25 pro membership. Laughable. At this point these stores deserve to die out. Greed is next level. See ya ✌️

Great GS location. The staff is always very friendly and answers any questions I have. Store can get cluttered every so often from the amount of product they get in and send out but overall it is my preferred Capital Region location since Latham closed

This store has the games, consoles and accessories you want, with gamers/enthusiasts/employees that know nearly every title; from nostalgic genres to current trends. They have One-Piece figurines, Minecraft backpacks, Demon Slayer DVDs, headsets, gift cards, card games, and every goodie you could imagine. If they don't have it, they know how to find it. They're up to date on what's going on on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo, and all the what's-what and what-was in gaming. Sell your old trading cards, trade-in your old games, pick up a vintage label you miss, or get that new release everyone's talking about. This branch especially, compiled a super friendly and cooly capable group of fun, lively people, that have the same interests you do- playing more and paying less. Want a new hoodie that fits a stylish retro look? They got it, you want it, you got it. Trying to find an old game? Plenty of yesterday's greatest hits await, in hard copy, tangible form. Miss an old system? You can grab an old console off the shelf for less than you might find online, but this one's got a guarantee. Now who on Ebay will do that? When so many other stores have gone the way of the dinosaurs, it's still the place where it's all about bringing the "Power to the Players".

I will always recommend the Clifton park gamestop due to the fact that this store is ran like a well oiled machine. They are all super nice people there. From the manager Amanda to the 2 workers I see the most Xan and Aiden. They are always in a good mood and treat everyone respectfully. I always seem to get the best hits out of my pokemon packs when I buy them there too. I think they manifest it with their positive demeanor lol. 100% will always stop in when I can.
