I called asking for an Xbox controller and the guy named Leland said he didn't have any I asked if any other GameStops had any and he seemed very upset with me that he would have to check. I'm sorry I interrupted iPhone gaming time

Came in tonight to have our Nintendo switch controller looked at, Erin was there tonight and she was amazing! She tried troubleshooting the issue multiple times and when we thought it was just done for we got in the car and the controller started working again. Whatever she did helped us out so much my 10 year old is ecstatic to be able to use his switch now. THANK YOU ERIN FOR THE FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERALL HELP WE APPRECIATE YOU TREMENDOUSLY

Hours are not good here. They are always closed it seems. Decent selection for game but not cards. No gengar promos

Be careful buying sealed product from this location. I bought sealed product and the the items were damaged inside. Their response was it's not their fault or problem. Due to GameStop's strict return policy all the risk is on the consumer. They need stricter quality control with their products with these types of policies if the consumer is going to be punished for trusting them.

My friend called ahead of time to ensure I could pick up a game for him since it was a pre order and they do not hold it past 48 hours. They told him all we needed was his account phone number and name for me to pick up. I get to the store and they deny saying this, the assistant store manager was snappy and came off very condescending. Said she'd be speaking to all her employees going forward. This is a location I will never visit or recommend. Rude, entitled, and the customer service is lacking.
