If I can give you less than one star, I would. I’ve been to this GameStop only twice and I will never go there again. If you’re a local, I highly recommend you do not go there again and whoever is working currently needs to get fired for not doing their job which is crazy to me since you’re working in a video game store. You would think it would not be that hard to since it relates to video games. I’m a veteran that has trouble walking and has a lot of severe back pain so I decided to call ahead of time so I know that I’m not wasting my time before I go there. When I called it at least rang and then they said to call back in a few minutes as the automatic operator does. I waited, I want to say about 10 minutes before trying a second attempt. And they blocked my number. How do I know this because immediately when I press one it goes straight to beeping like they hung up the phone. I even just called on my fiancé’s phone to test if they blocked me and they did.That wasn’t an issue a few moments ago. So if that’s the type of service you guys are gonna give then this is the type of comment I’m gonna leave and I will keep posting this every single day until either one of you guys contact me and give me an apology straight up or reprendan your employees and I will comment every single day if I have to and I will make sure that that Lodi GameStop is ran to the ground and slandered as much as freaking Possible. Believe me I have the time to bother you guys. You guys were already going under so I don’t see this being too hard to pull off. Sincerely ~pissed off vet.

Sold me 2 broken games and I’m about to plug in the other system to check my third. And I don’t even want to talk about my second experience last time I went. Won’t go back and will be sending the games back thanks for telling me to get a warranty on them. It’s almost like you knew

Very knowledgeable staff. You do have to say no to a bunch of memberships etc after a purchase, but thats an "everywhere" problem.

The associates there were incredibly disrespectful! I went with my husband to purchase a PS5 controller, the associate told us about this plan to get 5% off but he was speaking so fast that we didn’t hear that it was a 25/monthly plan so my husband decided to decline the offer. Once we declined the associate Eddie immediately gave us attitude and made faces/rolling eyes right in front of us. Come here if you want but I worn you, you might have a bad day after you leave.

Super helpful and well organized. Sign on the door says masks required - staff was masked but not all customers were.
