It's the best game stop in Washington it's sad that not everyone can access it

Great staff, they helped me look for some stuff I was looking for, great toys, Pokémon and games of course. It is close to the px so I come quite frequently. There is also quite a nice selection of cards here, like baseball, football, soccer and many more.

This is mostly my fault for not saving my data. When I got the new Switch 2, I traded my Old Switch for credit. I booted it up and realized I needed to transfer data. I went back to the store within 10 minutes of the purchase and ask them if I can transfer my data. The lady at the desk insisted that I can do it online. I was hesitant, but listened to her. Now that I went home and tried all YouTube/google tips about transferring data, I realized that I lost all my saved data. Guess I’ll start over wasting my time.

Visited on May 19, 2025 around 3 p.m. just to ask a simple question. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, just stared at. When I asked my question, the employee with facial piercings made me feel like I was bothering him. His attitude came off as dismissive and made me feel dumb for even asking. Extremely unwelcoming experience. I won’t be coming back.
