I bought a couple games there. 1 of the games was not the correct version or copy. I went to return it, taking the another version I already had. Went in and explained I was given the wrong copy by yall(Gamestop), if I could get the correct version or my refund. Robert said, "I didn't give you the wrong one, what do you want to do?" Not wanting to explain myself again, I asked, "What do you mean what I want to do?" Apparently, Robert doesn't know customer service, and doesn't listen. He instead, wanted to be confrontational, wanted to call the cops on me for trespassing, because I told him the same question he asked me. Instead of fixing the issue, he wanted to make me the aggressor, pretended as if I was yelling at him. I told him he could call the cops, if that was his angle, knowing gamestop has surveillance. He continued to act like he was deesculating the issue, went to finally fix the problem. When the transaction was finally done, he continued to tell me, "I could have explained it better because he doesn't know what the problem was." Instead of apologizing, he had the audacity to tell me "To take accountability for my actions." I told him "he should apologize", but instead tried to rush me out like he did me service.... I have been to this location, with no issues. Reminder, It's not the store, it's the employee that ruins it.

This has been the home GameStop for a while now and I’m just so glad that they always have wonderful, kind-hearted people working here. Scarlett helped me with buying a big purchase recently and made the process smooth and enjoyable! Thank you so much!

This location is great! The people here are extremely friendly and helpful. A lot of the negative reviews here are made from crazy people who think they can just get whatever they want at the lowest price. I've been coming to this GameStop for years, and with the current staff, they are incredible. READ GAMESTOPS POLICIES AND STOP BLAMING THIS STORE PEOPLE.

Came here last minute to get nintendo lites for my kids and the staff did not disappoint! They were very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to John who was very funny and made the purchase quick and easy.
