GameStop - 6213 - Southern Tier Crossing

HONESTLY….. It’s been ages since I’ve made a a purchase from the GameStop store and the GameStop brand, I just recently purchased my first new retro console, which is the super Nintendo classic console which loads up to well preloaded 20+ games so far I can’t put the device down. It brought back a nostalgic feeling, and I do plan on using it to its full potential. The GameStop employees Phil and Ben definitely provide provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced thus far so thank you for the experience. Thank you for the customer service. I do plan on returning to that GameStop for future purchases. Thank you. Please support the locals… The only small tiny issue…I believe that if Nintendo were to recreate this without the subscription..they should honestly add more games and Wi-Fi capability…

Went in and tried to return a PS5 and games and didn’t get my whole amount back due to the previous employee not putting a new game into the slip. Michelle was very rude and not helpful at all. I bought the game for $70 and got $15 back for it. I didn’t even have it a day. The employees on the day I bought it told me I had 7 days to return for a fully refund. What a joke. Just confused how they got to keep the other $55 due to an employee not doing their job😂😂. Place is a joke! Maybe let’s train employees so people don’t lose their money.

My nieces and I were looking for a specific (and apparently hard to find) PS5 controller. I called the store and spoke with Ben who not only informed us that it was in stock but that they only had 1 in the store. He happily held it for us and his kindness continued once we were in the store. He was so helpful and polite it really made the whole experience for all 3 of us. Ive had bad experiences in gamestop locations in the passed so this was a really welcome change.

All employees are very polite and nice to me. They always help me in time of need. They are very professional at they're jobs. Keep up the great work

We stopped in to trade in games and Ben and Michele were working. They were both very personable and knowledgeable. Good conversation throughout the whole transaction! It’s nice to see people who seem to enjoy their jobs
