SCAM ALERT!!! LOGAN THE MANAGER SAID THEY MAKE NO MONEY FROM NEW PURCHASES AND WILL GIVE ONLY A REFURBISHED ITEM FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY REPLACEMENT. I purchased a PS five controller a little more than 30 days ago. I was told that when I bought the warranty that if any issues that they would exchange it for a new controller. Come to have it the controller had an issue which I brought back to the store. Logan, the manager said that he would replace it with a refurbished controller. After asking him to explain why I wouldn’t receive the new controller. He says it was a new controller, but it was broken, but then they fixed it. I wasn’t really understanding. Why would you buy a warranty to replace a broken item with another broken item that was fixed. Word to the wise, do not buy any extended warranties cause you do not get a new item. It is a refurbished one.

Came to location as a out of towner before I hit the road back to state google stated place of business is open; however, upon arrive at 12pm in the afternoon location is gated and closed up which is right next to movie theater. Time is now 12:10 still awaiting due to belief that it may be closed to other reason outside of the norm but there is no signage stating so! If your a business it would be nice to know if times have been changed or at least updated online so that other clients can be aware of the status. Ratings of store location should be given and posted like California does when it comes to daily operations of store locations so that clients have a better take on where and whom they choose to shop with it may provide a more definitive idea of what is really going on in a specific area.

Really helpful staff. The gentleman working on a Saturday afternoon helped me select a title for my young daughter. He then told me about some other products that I might like in the future. Really great, concierge-level service here. Love it!
