GameStop - 6148 - New Hartford

Rude to their customers. Walked in, we were greeted. The cashier must of said something along the lines of “need any help finding anything” we didn’t hear him because he mumbled.. then he proceeded to talk under his breath but loud enough for us to hear and then the rest of the cashiers started laughing. Very unprofessional

Had a customer steal 50 bucks from me. Staff refused to help. Saw them yell at a kid once. Avoid this store at all costs.

Great customer service! Great people and games to choose from!

The team is helpful and nice to talk to, they are knowledgeable about the games they sell

Every single time I come in I am greeted by the world’s nicest people. I come to this store at least once a week and they are soooo nice and helpful! I get 90% of my PlayStation games here. They also have a wide variety of collectibles, action figures, toys, Pokémon cards, sports cards, video games for every console, gaming accessories, gaming consoles, and so much more! I haven’t had one bad experience at this GameStop store ever.
