GameStop - 6127 - East Hills Plaza

This GameStop is one of the best in Bakersfield games-wise. The Employee’s, Tee & Rogelio are some of the nicest employee’s i’ve talked to in Bakersfield. The A/C is a little hot but, they get through it swiftly & get the job done fair and easy.

Closed due the heat?? There other stores and places open with this weather,, I called Gamestop custom service and told me they are going to check this, there’s no official announcement to close due the heat.. people are lazy these days … Went to Rosedale and didn’t know they can close “due the heat”

This particular location is the worst in all of Bakersfield, in my opinion. Customer service here is non-existent. I just literally left the store right now to check on the status of my preorder, since I have not received a phone call stating it has arrived. There is only one cashier working and he has a line of customers because he has been helping one customer since the store opened at 11. I understand being understaffed, but it is ridiculous losing customers because of one customer who is selling an incomplete game system, a random Wii remote, and multiple games.

Honestly by far the best customer service I've experience at a GameStop. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the manager, Tea. Even when they don't have what you are looking for the recommend games or items like it, or offer to order it for you. The store is always organized and clean, easy to find what you want. They do sometimes have a smaller selection than the other locations but will always call and have them hold items for you if they find it in stock somewhere else. Honestly overall I can't complain, I have never been treated like I was less important than anyone else in the store and that's a lot more than I can say about other locations. I recommend this GameStop to anyone who wants to have the best Experience.

This is the best gamestop in Bakersfield. Tha manager is super friendly and very knowledgeable her staff us the same. My son and I really like coming here on pokemon release days because they're always happy to help and have a fair system to ensure everyone gets something.
