Dan and the crew in there are always super helpful and point me in the right direction without making me feel like they are pushing me to the most expensive things. My only real gripe is that pricing on cards at GameStop in general is ridiculous however I digress and recognize that is the crews fault. Great service here all around.

Omg so many wonderful things, and GameStop even had their own credit cards now. You can get pre-approved and shop right then and there. My little man is very into Mario I was very excited to find this out. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Even when you don't go pro member. Still have some cool exclusive stuff makes it worth coming in if you are into collectables. Nothing like the bag sales 😇👾😸 I take 100% advantage of that with the pro credit 😇 kids are expensive, it's nice saying yes.

I wish corporate would shutter this location. The staff here are some of the most incompetent people I’ve ever come across in my entire life. How they managed to get hired here is completely beyond me.

Went in to buy my kids a system. The manager asked me to wait that she was busy and then proceeded to tell me about a bad review she had on Google. She then made us wait for her associate while she went and joked around with other customers. We waited ten minutes while the other associate helped another customer and the manager proceeded to jump into his conversations and ridicule him when he'd make a mistake. While the other associate then checked us out she came over twice to talk over him and ridicule rather then support and help her employee. Once we paid to leave she then came over again and said " you could have gotten them a free membership because they paid over $250." The other associate replied " it didn't pop up on the screen." Neither the employee or manager offered to refund us and get us the membership. Complete disregard of professionalism and support of fellow staff members and customers. Very disappointed and will not return to Gamestop in the future.
