GameStop - 6062 - Cosners Corner

Store employee charged us for a game warranty without asking. Didn’t realize until we left the store.

This is my favorite place to not only buy video games but all my masks and helmets transformers and other collectibles. I enjoy the store. Please continue to shop here. Do not let Gamestop go the way your family video.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this GameStop for over three years and usually have a great experience with the staff. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very different. When I went in to trade my PS5, the employee, Astrid, was dismissive and unhelpful. He spoke to the customer before me (who had a lighter complexion) with noticeably more patience and care, but with me, he repeatedly turned his back while I was speaking, refused to check the condition of my console (which was practically new), and made me feel unwelcome. His attitude was unprofessional and unlike the excellent service I’ve come to expect from this location.

This is my favorite GameStop in the area. Mike and the other staff members are always very friendly and willing to help you out with whatever you need (within reason). The Pokemon fandom is going nuts right now and the staff here are handling it extremely well with their buy limits and making sure they can get product into as many fans hands as possible.

I find this Gamestop to be great. You can look online to see if what I'm looking for is in stock and reserve it. The staff is always helpful and do know their products. I highly reccomend this store. Give them a try!
