GameStop - 6018 - Big Springs Market

Very warm place and cool welcoming people. Shout out to Daniel for being awesome with great customer care. Love this gamestop

Melissa was so helpful and friendly!

Really enjoy this place I don't really play video games much anymore but they do offer trading cards I play magic the gathering personally and I really like it because they hold local events to play with people at the store

Bought a switch 2 from them with trade ins of old consoles and they quickly got all the systems traded in and I had a switch 2 within 10 mins. Paid fair prices for everything and covered the switch 2 cost completely. Was having trouble getting a screen protector on my console and went through 2 of them myself . When mentioning my trouble in store an employee named Daniel mentioned he could give it his best shot. I went home got my switch 2 and bought the screen protector and he installed it in store flawlessly. Daniel went above and beyond to help me out. Amazing employee.

We were supposed to be on the pre-order list for the Switch 2. Went in to check on the release date and what the next steps were (first time doing pre order) and were informed we were not on the list and they were sold out. Thanks for ruining my birthday present. So glad we joined the rewards program and made sure everything was up to date in their system.
