GameStop - 5993 - Bell Towne Center

The team here on bell & 7th is so great! James, Tim, Lauren, & Manny are so nice!! Everytime I come in here I feel welcome and taken care of in the best possible way they can!

I had went to this gamestop looking to purchase a PS4 Slim 1 tb Lauren was very helpful but at the time we couldn't locate one and it was a little busy so I went to a GameStop in the mall and purchased one the interactions there didnt go well and when I brought it home it wouldn't turn on at all, so I went back to this store and Manny helped me and made it easy for me to return the PS4 get another with a one year warranty all in one smooth transaction. He also opened the box to make sure all was accounted for, I brought it home and all works well so far thank you so much Manny and Lauren! If anyone is looking for a good GameStop this is the one.

I stopped in with my son yesterday and was super impressed with the selection of merchandise and the awesome, above and beyond, service. Zeta was absolutely top notch in her knowledge of games, the process of grading trading cards and was generous, patient and kind with everyone. This is definitely our "go to" gaming store moving forward.

Phenomenal experience for both my son and I. Lauren went above and beyond to help me locate some items for my son. Happy son, happy dad. Excellent communication and even better service. Exceptional. Thank you again for going above and beyond.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff - they bought my Sega Genesis 1994 NFL unit in-box with both controllers & cords, plus about 20 Sega Genesis games & the cash price was great. They paid me immediately via Venmo. This is busy little shop but everyone who comes up to the counter is greeted and asked if they need help, even while they were going through all my stuff. I'm not gamer at all, I just wanted to finally get my stored Sega stuff out of my closet & put to good use but you can tell this location is highly respected for trading, selling, and buying anything video game-related.
