GameStop - 5956 - Cleveland Town Center

The staff here suck went in twice first time wasn't that bad had a guy working there but the staff lost the game they had finally found it after 20 minutes of looking went in there the second time had 1 ladys there was rude I asked if they had a game in a said no like I should have known this and then proceeded to say a girl just called for that game and looked at me like I was stupid I'm 6'2 do I look or sound like a girl smh and it's not a stupid question the game literally game out that week

Beverly is awesome!!! She went out of her way to help us out! Incredibly grateful for her being there!! Thank you so much!!!

Staff is extremely nice and helpful, they almost always have what I’m looking for and if they don’t they look and see if any stores nearby has it, my only complaint is that the Pokemon cards are a bit overpriced with one pack of perfect order being 6.99 and a Ascended Heroes collection box being 59.99, other than that I love it

I go to Drew (Store manager) every time i come here and he takes care of me without hesitation. Love the cleveland location specifically because of him.

Been going here for years and the folks that work here are and have always been on the forefront of amazing customer service!! I feel like the greeting you get when you first walk in is always genuine and makes you feel like your visiting a friends house ya haven’t been too in a while. If they don’t have the game they always look to see where else I can get it, and anything else I’ve asked for too. They have spent countless conversations talking to us about new and upcoming product launches and games. Not to mention there launch parties are pretty fun!! So thanks to the whole staff @GameStop for Serving Cleveland, TN. We love having you here!!
