GameStop - 5886 - Lansdowne Station

I went to trade off games but I wasn't given a good price. I traded over 50 ps3 games and was given only $30. I tried to retrieve games before I was given a price but they took the games off counter. I checked there online prices and was supposed to retrieved more money. I was told to talk to a district leader about the situation, nothing positive. All I want to do is give them the $30 back and retrieve my games.

Went in for NFL cards and the manager that was working there persuaded me into buying a Pokemon mega evolution chaos rising box (day after release and they had 2 left) and I ended up pulling the mega Greninja ex that's worth $400.

Gamestop has always been our first place to stop for games/systems. We get annoyed at how pushy some employees can be about pushing the pro membership and warranties but never complained because everyone knows that come ls from management. We went in the store on 2/27/26 to buy a game and wanted to use the $5 coupon that comes with the membership but was told our membership expired and in order to use it we have to sign up for it again. We didn't think anything of it, bought our game and moved on. A few days ago we received an email saying our membership expires in 35 days, which is when we called another store to verify our membership was still active. We called this store back spoke to manager, Jazz and explained what happened. She wouldnt let us finish a sentence, she didn't come out and say we are liars but said she doesn't believe her associates would do that, when I asked her to let me finish talking she hung up on me. This is the store closest to our home and never really had a problem until now. This supervisor was extremely rude. No wonder so many gamesstops have closed. I think 1 star is even too much to rate this experience. By reading other reviews im not the only one who thinks Jazz in rude.

5 stars! I can't say enough about Randall at the Landsdown Game Stop. Randall was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I went in on a whim for trade in and possible upgrade. I was surprised when he took the time to research my items and gave me an exceptional price on them. He waited for me to run home and gab a few more items. I never felt rushed and he never was impatient with all my questions. I haven't upgraded my game systems for years so I was unsure of what to expect. Randall answered everything quickly and knowledgeable. Randall is a perfect example of good customer service.

I feel like the experience at the store is completely random. Either workers greet you and ask you if you need help with anything or are they completely ignore you like you are not worth their time. Unfortunately, my last couple experiences have left me feeling ignored so I'm not likely to come back by this location...
