Billy is the best. He goes beyond taking his time out to help customers. I literally have been updated in every single game I’ve had a question / I was curious about. Billy thank you once again .

Bought a memory drive for my sons ex box 0ne, was told $120.00, once purchased and drive was handed to me, the price on the package clearly said 89.99. as polite as they were to deal with they followed company policy and said to bad in a very nice way. i agreed to the price, they said, i also agreed to the reduced price when i saw it but no luck, i think it more than fair to give me a store credit for the 30 dollars but politely declined. polite is nice to deal with but sometimes common sense and customer satisfaction would be worth 30 bucks

The manager was not right. HE rude, disrespectful and also, reeked of marijuana. Unacceptable from a company like gamestop

staff ignored me to answer the phone and proceeded to talk on the phone for over 10 minutes. all i had was a simple question. never has pokemon cards and when they are supposed to (meaning they received shipments and you can check their stock online) mysteriously all gone. shady business. shady staff. shady owner. stay away from here. also they are closed in the middle of the day so employees can smoke marijuana outside the back of the store and then come in smelling up the store. extremely unprofessional behavior
