GameStop - 5867 - Arroyo Comons

Bought a stack of games and the employee gave me the wrong game disc in the series after he rang me up correctly. (The mistaken game was cheaper, so that means I got ripped off some money too.) Seriously guys? Obviously, I don't recommend this location.

I was visiting from canada and wanted to check out my first gamestop since we were in the area. The prices here are 100% a scam. They are charging ETB's and Booster bundles $20-$40 dollars over market price. I get some places have to order them and they have to pay a little bit more than usual but really? You guys are literally over pricing everything and it was just not worth going.

The lady that manages this store is one of the most miserable and rude people to ever exist. Literally will give you attitude just for walking into the store tries talking me out of preordering pokemon because she says I shouldn’t be supporting GameStop prices because she doesn’t get paid enough for what she deals with…. Huh? This lady should not be employed and she’s the manager… lmao talking bad about customers the whole time i was in there just overall a negative person that shouldn’t be working for this company if she hates it so much

Went to store to do a train of my old Xbox one. Chloe helped me and she was great. While doing my trade-in she greeted every customer that came in, kind of felt bad because there was a semi rush but she was able to keep my trade-in going quickly while helping customers along the way. Great customer service.

I went to the store on Arroyo Crossing Pkwy on 06/25 at 11:56am. Website said it would open at 12pm and the store hours sign said 12pm. I waited thinking that they will come maybe 10 mins or 15 mins late, which I was okay with, but I waited a whole two hours and nothing. It is my daughters birthday and she absolutely loves Pokemon. I bought a set that was on special and surprise her with it because it's the day I had off and I am not able to surprise her this weekend. I couldn't cancel the order because the deal was limited time and the refund would take too long. I was not the only one there waiting, a few people waited, families came and looked confused, and they stayed there to see if anyone will come to open the store. I know it seems silly, but for people that work multiple jobs, time is very limited. On top of that, manager was not sympathetic or understanding the frustration. Stating "she is aware and that was yesterday." I understand that it's really not your problem, but at least pretend.
