GameStop - 5849 - Coal Creek Saint Clair

The staff is always helpful and keeps me updated on new releases or sales.

Awesome people! Handed me the game I was looking for, showed me the Pokémon. Showed they care about their customers. Talked to me and my fiancée like we’ve all been friends for years! Definitely love coming here

The one guy who works there is really nice. I’d assume his boss is the one who’s totally rude. He was getting on him about numbers and a mistake he made in front of customers which I thought was extremely disrespectful to the employee and embarrassing on the bosses end. The boss was also very curt when answering questions I had about Pokémon almost as if he has the most difficult job in the world and I was a nuisance for being there. For a dying company, maybe you should hire better employees.

Very uncomfortable experience. Clerk was talking about suicide and ignored a phone ringing just to engage in uncomfortable conversation. Very unpleasant

Place is great, the worker that helped me trade my Xbox in on 3/18 made it quick and talked to us the hole time to make it easy. Definitely recommend this gamestop
