GameStop - 5844 - Burbank Empire Center

Every time I “pop in” to grab something really quick, the checkout experience has taken over 20 minutes some how. Probably walked out a few times at this point because of that. Just order online, save yourself from the melancholic vibes.

Friendly staff made sure trade of ps5 and purchase of ps5 pro was quick and hassle free. Will definitely come back to this store.

Came in to buy the Switch Lite, employee charged me $22.55 for GameStop Pro when I was never asked. She snuck the charge in and only noticed when I looked at the receipt later. Then, I had to go online and cancel the renewal fee— they were going to charge me annually and never tell me!

I stopped by GameStop to pick up a new pair of headphones! There are a few employees here that have tattoos, they were great but specifically TIARE provided excellent service from start to finish. She listened to what I needed, walked me through the different options, and explained the features clearly without any pressure. Her knowledge about GameStop return policies also made the whole process quick and easy. I left with exactly what I was looking for. Great experience and outstanding customer support from Tiare!
