Absolutely ridiculous customer service from a short hair and glasses woman with tattoos. The employee working the counter was unbelievably rude and had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever dealt with. Judging by the number of negative reviews mentioning this same employee, it’s shocking that GameStop continues to keep them around. I came to pick up an online order for my boyfriend. I told her I was there for an online order, and because I didn’t specifically say “pre-order,” she immediately started making rude, condescending remarks instead of simply helping. Then she demanded my ID. I explained that I wasn’t the person who placed the order, and she just kept repeating, “Doesn’t matter, show me an ID,” with an attitude the entire time. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on customers. Basic respect costs nothing. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere because no one should have to deal with that kind of unnecessary hostility.

Worst GameStop I have been to. I preordered the assassin's creed black flag Resync, but I didn't receive the steel book that has been promised. I entered the store, and they had been cold to me and refused to provide any help or information on how I can get my steel book. Definitely not recommend this store

Worst GameStop I’ve ever been to in my entire life, the person that worked there refused to help me because I walked in one minute before close (this was the only time I was available to come because of work). The worker had glasses and long hair in a ponytail. I think leadership should fire this person for being lazy and having horrible customer service. I’m only adding one star because this platform doesn’t allow me to add zero

I had a very concerning experience with this GameStop location regarding a PSA-graded Pokémon card submission. I picked up my order on January 3, 2026 (Order #1575031), and one of my cards—a 2015 Pokémon Mewtwo EX (PSA 6)—was returned to me in a damaged condition at the time of pickup. The store manager, Miles, acknowledged the damage and stated that a claim would be processed. It has now been over 2 months (77 days), and I have received no update, no resolution, and no follow-through. Each time I return to the store, Miles has been unable to provide any information or updates regarding the claim. I have also repeatedly requested contact information for a supervisor or district manager, and this has not been provided. At this point, the lack of communication, transparency, and follow-up is extremely concerning—especially considering the value of graded cards and the expectation of proper handling. I have already contacted GameStop corporate support and am requesting that someone from corporate reach out to me directly as soon as possible to resolve this issue. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be pursuing additional steps, including filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The lady manager with the mustache says she/he can refuse service to me because she thought I was being difficult. They need fired she/he doesn’t need to operate the store based off feelings. Wish them the best.
