GameStop - 5821 - Torrington Target

GameStop in Torrington CT is an awesome location. Steve is an awesome manager, tom Zack and the rest of the guys are super helpful and on point with everything GameStop offers. My only complaint which has nothing to do with this location or its employees because I love the Torrington store… this is a complaint directly to GameStop as a whole…. My one wish is for GameStop all together to stop killing their customers on Pokemon prices. @GameStop you are making it hard for all your customers to spend their hard earned money with you at any location on pokemon trading cards because of what you charge. Doing a small mark up is one thing… but charging over market price on ETBs and other items is just ridiculous.

the new worker named Josh, he was very helpful to my boyfriend and I and was very nice. 10/10 worker

Zack was extremely helpful and he genuinely wanted to help us find what we were looking for. Called multiple stores to find the item in stock and even offered to go over 1hr away on his day off to go to another store to pickup the item we were looking for! Thank you Zack!

They were polite to me! They advised me on the best version of a game to get for my roomie. They were fair with the sell and knowledgeable about their services. And they do cool events!

This small store packs a punch! Large crowd just after Christmas. Extra staff on hand to expedite customers’ needs. Plushies (some reactant to ultraviolet light), figurines, new and used consoles, gaming accessories (such as headphones, keyboards and controllers), gift cards relating to video gaming (as in gift cards for PlayStation, Steam and Nintendo’s MiiVerse). Consoles on hand for short demo games. Ample parking in frontal lot. No bathroom.
