GameStop - 580 - Shops at Fairlane

I think its me :( but everytime I go here the staff are kinda rude, idk if its im a girl and because all the staff members are guys. But boy do I NEVER feel welcomed here, only have one time, this sweet guy with the locs, i came in for a quick look around and he was kind, and I felt like I actually wanted to shop there

I went in there & the guy in there allowed my son to trade a $70 ps5 controller for $28. Took four items from my son but stated on the receipt two. Be careful to triple check EVERYTHING!!!! My son was told on the phone his ps4 would be $46 then man got my son ps4, ps5 controller, power cord & HDMI cord. He tricked my son by not returning his items, my son was trying prove the game works & functions. The man had no intent on seeing if its functions. He played a kid

Worst experience ever, I waited in line for the most recent Pokemon drop and was told that there is enough promo cards for the first 10 people. I was number 10 in line and when it was my turn, the older lady worker said that they no longer had promos and that only the first 9 people got. Someone else who was a few spots ahead of be overheard and said he didn’t get any either. She began to get frustrated and started to have an attitude with us saying they didn’t even get when the first few people walked out with one. They’re definitely keeping the promos for themselves to resell. Many other stores said they had over 20 and I find it very hard to believe this store only had less than 5… My son watched this worker get loud with us and he couldn’t even enjoy adding a promo to his collection. Please avoid shopping here at all costs, we won’t even talk about their ridiculous prices. This was very frustrating and they refused to refund my order. I will never be shopping here again and will be escalating this to corporate.

Very clean and neat. When I bought my Pokémon cards the worker told me good luck politely. I love this game stop this is the only one I'm going to. You guys should check it out for yourself!

The workers were very rude, it was a white short guy and a black lady with glasses. We brought some items to sell and they laughed and looked at each other as they went through the games, I understand if some of the items arent valuable but don't laugh in our faces. They act like they're so high class like baby y'all are in your 30s probably and you work at a game store, calm down and be humble.
