GameStop - 5762 - Texas Ave S/C

Rowan always provides exceptional customer service and is very attentive when I come into the store. Makes the PSA submission process seamless and easy in comparison to other locations.

Greate costumer service. The employee helped me with my pre order for RES R as well as the Gears of War E-day. They even went the extra mil to print a copy of the games about to be released.

Went in to get a connector to connect a Wii to the tv. Asked the lady at the front what we should buy and she pointed out the “correct” cable. We got back home and the cable was in fact not correct. Then we went back two days later to return it and the same lady was working. We told her she had told us to get the wrong cable. She told us she wouldn’t return it because we already opened the box.

Visited this location 4/30/26 Found exactly what I was looking for (RE: Requiem). The associate at the counter, Jayme, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and passionate about games. Definitely will be back in the future.

I had a great experience having my cards graded through PSA with this Gamestop. I have sent in 4 orders since Nov 2024. On average, I got my cards back between 31-38 days. Gamestop started accepting PSA grading service at the end of Oct. They've only been doing this for 3 months. The process is a lot smoother, and I get email notifications on where my cards are. I will continue to send in my cards to be graded with them.
