These guys made my sons birthday amazing! They agreed to hold the balloons and ps5 till i came in on friday to surprise him.. absolutley gonna be a life long memory! He thought we were just there to spend the last $16 on his giftcard.. Instead they brought out 9 balloons a ps5 and 8 games!! His eyes were about to pop out of his head!! Hes been thanking me all weekend and telling us how awesome we are! Thank you Miguel and everyone who was there!!!

I go here strictly for penny sleeves for trading cards and top loaders. The rest of the store I don't do. Not interested in games.

I just stopped by and even though the posted time shows open at 10:00, the door was locked and the lights were off. After I walked back to my car a girl that was sitting in her car on her phone got out and went in to open the store. Come on GameStop, you're better than that.

Not bad. I preferred the other location behind Wal-Mart though years ago. This one is OK, but depending on who's working the guy will be super nit picky about buying games. They used to not care about writing or label tears. Now they do. But you can look up your game values on their website. I've relied on them when I needed cash or trade in even. They've got some cool movie stuff and toys. T-shirts. Collectibles. It's too bad they don't carry a bigger retro selection in store. BTW. Gamestop takes up to 85% of your game value. But it's quicker than dealing with ebay or marketplace and you don't risk shady buyers. I've bought some cool cups here too and toys.

Emma is a real MVP and one of the best customer service representatives and staff members at any GameStop. Thank you SO MUCH for being so kind to my boyfriend and I and for making our journey a fun one!
