GameStop - 5743 - Berkely Square

I haven't had any negative visits to this or any other gamestop for that matter. I myself feel like a kid Everytime I go in because every employee is just like me, a gamer who loves to talk about different games and and even have small debates on different games. Everyone is always helpful and friendly AND it's very possible that you could have an issue with a certain game that one of the employees has actually beaten and is willing to give you some tips to make help you get through your rough patch. Always a pleasure doing business here.

Great store! JP has been very kind whenever we've been in and very helpful. Definitely getting any future games from here!

I ordered a PlayStation 5 on their website for same day delivery and they failed to deliver it to me. The staff member JP was rude when I called to ask about my delivery. He said I could get a refund but when I asked if I could just come pick it up, JP said NO that is not how this works. So I paid for a PlayStation but can’t have it???? Really poor customer service!

Awesome staff and always willing to help, I’ve seen them deal with some difficult people and remain professional and nice. They always have great inventory and fun items to look at.

Literally amazing!!!! These doods know there stuff. I can say without a doubt when I come here I feel so accepted just because the staff are friendly and BEYOND KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! Thank you for your commitment to us gamers!
