The staff is genuinely passionate about what they do. The manager and associates were incredibly helpful—not only with product recommendations, but also with setting up my new device. They even helped me transfer my save data from my old console to the new one, which was far beyond what I expected. For all of my future gaming needs, I’ll definitely be coming back to this store.

The store manager, Shane or Shawn, I cant remember their name, was having a conversation with another employee about personal relations, sex and drinking while I was shopping with my children. They were loud enough that my 12 yo daughter asked me about it. 100% dont recommend shopping here currently until staff changes (been shopping here for 20+ years and this is a first).

Saw the ad on social media about the $15 games so I decided to come in after work. It was fairly close to closing time and I was just going to come in and inquire about a few specific titles I was interested in purchasing. As I was approaching the desk I overheard the two employees talking about how people who come into the store 30 minutes before closing should just come back the next day. After hearing this I decided to leave instead of inquiring about the titles I was interested in. Very disappointed to hear things said about customers, as a frequent customer who has been with the store through multiple changes in staff and store layouts.

were a few noteworthy things that made my experience unpleasant. Firstly, I was going to buy a game that was 22 dollars, as marked on the sticker, but when I checked out she rang it up as 40 dollars and did not tell me the real price until I asked why it was so expensive. If she told me the price changed before I checked out, I would not have had an issue. It seemed like she was trying to cover up the real price. Furthermore, she did not show us the subtotal of each item on the pin pad, which made it seem like she was trying to trick us into spending more money. She should have honored the price of the game. Finally, she mentioned that she was adding the warranties to the games, but did not ask us if we wanted the warranties. Once she noticed these mistakes and we called her out, she seemed very unapologetic and it seemed like she did not care about us as the customers. This is a great location in terms of selection, but the service has gone into the gutter within the past few weeks. I posted this review on yelp as well because I want to make sure that the GameStop team sees this review. I hope this does not go unnoticed.
